Beginning today, memorialization preferences are now available in Settings > My Membership Details (https://mxmifc.com/setting/general-setting). 

You have the option to declare whether you would want your account memorialized -or- deleted in the unlikely event of your death. Whoever is set as a legacy contact can initiate whatever you chose by reaching out to us. 

We may require a death certificate from your legacy contact to validate before we take action on your account.

Your data will only be released to the Legacy Contact if you select “Yes” under Release of Data. By default, this will not happen otherwise without an authoritative court order / subpoena.
